All food options must be pre-booked via the conference booking system before 01/06/2026 to allow us time to confirm with providers.  No refunds can be given after that date.

Friday Evening

Friday evening is predominantly a social occasion, to catch up with friends old and new over a drink. There will be a BBQ meal with vegetarian option at Grinton Church.

Saturday Lunch

Pre-packed lunches from the Dales Bike Centre will be available to collect at Grinton Church on Saturday.

Saturday Evening

After a tough day of trips or lectures, there will be a Hog Roast meal with vegetarian option at Grinton Church.

Sunday Lunch at venue

Pre-packed lunches from the Dales Bike Centre will be available to collect at Grinton Church on Sunday.

Packed Lunches

Pre-packed lunches will be available to collect at Grinton Church on the evening before.

Lecture Breaks

Tea and coffee will be available during lecture programme breaks.

Breakfasts

Pre-booked breakfasts from a limited menu will be available for NAMHO delegates at the Dales Bike Centre, a short distance from the venue, between 7:30 and 9 am.

After 9am the Dales Bike Centre will be open to the public with their full menu.

Bar

In line with other NAMHO conferences, there will be a bar on the Friday and Saturday evenings at Grinton Church.
